Snake Aversion Clinic
Sunday, May 18
Snake aversion is a singular learning event that could save your dog’s life in the event they come across a venomous snake in the wild. This is not a fun training day for your dog. We will be using high level aversive stimulus with an electronic collar when your dog comes in contact with the snake. The goal is to have them associate sight and scent of a snake with significant discomfort in order to create an avoidance response when they encounter snakes in the future.
Registration is for a specific 30 minute time block. One dog per time slot. If you are late for your time slot you either forfeit your payment or must wait until the end of the day to have your dog worked. You will be asked to sign a waiver upon arrival.
